Ourloan Finance Brokers are a financial broking business located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Our business was established in 2006 by Sharon Frazer.

Our business has flourished thanks to Sharon’s excellent reputation among her peers and clients, who hold her in high esteem. After finishing his HSC at Waverley College, Will began working part-time at our business.

During this time, he gained valuable experience dealing with clients, attending industry events, and commenced writing loans as a fully qualified finance and mortgage broker.

Our expertise in finance extends to property acquisition, home loan refinancing, and debt consolidation. We specialise in securing financing for a wide range of assets, including residential and commercial properties, cars, caravans, and boats.

Sharon Frazer - Founder & Director | Commercial Specialist

Sharon Frazer, has been a Finance Broker since 2006, prior to this. Sharon was in the insurance industry in various positions.

Sharon has experience in many areas of finance from purchasing properties to refinancing and helping with debt consolidations.

With many years of experience, speak to Sharon about how she can help you achieve your dreams of property investment or getting out of personal debt.

Sharon has a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is a Justice of the Peace (JP).

Will Frazer - Director | Residential Specialist

Will Frazer graduated school from Waverley College and jumped right into finance broking as he was eager and committed to helping people achieve their goals in attaining finance. From a young age, he has been around finance broking.

His aim is to continue building great relationships with his current and prospective clients and educating them about the market and the best things to do when attaining finance.

Will has a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Sam Frazer - Finance Broker

Sam Frazer, is a recent univeristy graudate, he has recently recived his Cert IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance and is eager to help people to achieve their dreams in achieving finance. He has had an interest in finance broking and social media and he plans to use these skills on an everyday basis to help the team at Ourloan Finance Brokers.

Sam will be working under the leadership of Sharon Frazer, he has been in and around the industry for many years. He will help the business with his great communication and his skills of social media that he has learnt from his studies.

Sam will continue to develop his skill to benefit his clients.
